Login Failed - No License Available

When you attempted to login to ProSource Front Office, you received a login error message stating that the login failed due to a lack of-available licenses.


A license must be available for each instance of ProSource Front Office launched; otherwise, you cannot launch the application. For example, if you have two ProSource Front Office browser sessions open, two licenses are checked out. The license for each session remains checked out until you logout of the session or until you close the browser window. When the license is checked in, it becomes available for others to use. The error message indicates that all licenses are checked out.


Try running ProSource Front Office again later. When a license becomes available, you will be able to start ProSource Front Office.
